1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Chandlee Events LLC ("Company," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.thirdcoastchampionship.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. EVENT REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION The Third Coast Championship is a sanctioned disc golf tournament. By registering for or participating in the event, you agree to:

  • Comply with all current PDGA rules and regulations.

  • Adhere to the specific course rules for Sand Ridge, Lake Arvesta, Shore Acres, and any other designated venues.

  • Understand that registration fees are subject to the event's specific refund policy, which aligns with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER Participation in disc golf involves physical activity and exposure to outdoor elements. By using this Site to register or by attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, physical injury, or property damage. Chandlee Events LLC, its staff, and partner venues are not responsible for any injuries or lost/stolen items during the event.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & MEDIA RELEASE Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. By participating in the Third Coast Championship, you grant Chandlee Events LLC the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, and image in photographic, video, or electronic reproduction for promotional purposes without further compensation.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.
